How these boats get built

Real craftsmanship, not an assembly line
Hand-sewing durable raft material
Built to order, in Idaho

Every AIRE raft starts with that custom PVC — thicker, tougher, and more abrasion-resistant than what most manufacturers can access, because most manufacturers don't have it.

It's cut, seamed, and inspected by hand at the Meridian facility, then tested against the kind of continuous-curve technical whitewater that actually breaks cheaper boats.

Before & after

Real screenshots, original site vs. this redesign concept

Homepage hero

Original: the hero video fails to load and renders as a solid black rectangle on first load — a real defect on the live site. Redesign: a real static action photo that always renders, with the brand's actual differentiators (Idaho-built, employee-owned, custom PVC) stated directly instead of buried below the fold.

Product page

Original: real specs and pricing are there, but the "Why AIRE" story (Ferrari PVC, Idaho manufacturing) lives on a separate homepage section, disconnected from the product you're actually looking at. Redesign: the signature product and the brand story sit in the same visual flow, with real specs and price visible without scrolling through unrelated sections.
